Terms and licence

The terms cover buying a skill from us. The licence covers how you use it once it's yours. A copy of the licence also comes inside every skill download.

Terms and conditions

For buying Meet Ada skills.

  1. Who we are

  2. What you're buying

    Skills: files you download and keep, for use in your own AI account, under the licence included with each skill.

  3. Payment

    Through Stripe.

  4. Delivery

    Skills arrive by email or download link straight after payment. If something doesn't arrive, contact hello@meet-ada-ai.co.uk.

  5. Refunds

    If a skill doesn't install, or doesn't do what the sales page says it does, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix the problem or refund you.

  6. Updates

    Skills are sold as they are on the day you buy them. We don't provide free updates as standard. If we ever make a major rewrite to fix a serious problem, we may send the new version to past buyers at no charge, at our discretion.

  7. Licence

    Each skill comes with its own licence, included in the download. The licence sets out how you can use the skill, and it applies alongside these terms. You can read it below.

  8. Your data

    Skills run in your own AI account, so your conversations are between you and that platform. We don't receive or store them.

  9. Your details on our site

    When you give us your name or email, we use it as set out in our privacy notice.

  10. AI outputs and liability

    Outputs are AI-generated and need checking. We're not liable for decisions made on them. Our total liability is limited to what you paid.

  11. Changes and law

    We may update these terms, and changes apply to future purchases. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

You can
  • Install this skill in your own AI account, or your business's account, and use it for your business's own work.
  • Let people who work in your business, such as employees and contractors, use it for that business's own work, as long as they follow these terms.
  • Keep anything it produces.
You can't
  • Resell, share, give away, upload or publish this skill or its files, in whole or in part, to anyone outside your business or anywhere public. This includes the instructions and any knowledge files inside it.
  • Copy its wording into another product or course.
  • Use it to deliver paid work for clients, or to build a product, service or tool for others from it.

Uploading the skill into your own or your business's AI account to install it is allowed.
